Kappou Makoto is the wonderfully intimate and personal offering from Chef Makoto Himeno. From the other side of his large solid-wood bar, he meticulously creates each plate for his guests, with unwavering reverence for the produce, techniques and traditions of his native Japan.
The kappou’s tasting menu changes monthly, although Chef Makoto does create variations, selecting only the freshest seasonal products from the market every day.
We are currently fully booked until the end of March.
